Nsight Health Wins Best Remote Patient Monitoring Solution in the 2026 MedTech Breakthrough Awards

Nsight Health wins Best RPM Solution at the 2026 MedTech Breakthrough Awards. 130,000+ patients monitored across 1,700+ provider teams.

Nsight Health has been named the winner of the "Best Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) Solution" award in the 10th annual MedTech Breakthrough Awards program. The recognition places Nsight Health alongside global healthcare leaders including Boston Scientific, Medtronic, Teladoc, CVS Health, and Thermo Fisher Scientific as a 2026 MedTech Breakthrough Award winner.

Nsight Health wins Best RPM Solution 2026 MedTech Breakthrough Awards

This is the third major industry award for Nsight Health in 2026, following the company's Gold and Silver Stevie Awards at the American Business Awards and its No. 12 ranking on the Inc. 5000 Regionals Southeast list. Together, these recognitions validate what Nsight Health has built: a clinically managed remote care model that delivers measurable patient outcomes at scale.

What the Best RPM Solution Award Recognizes

The MedTech Breakthrough Awards program is an independent market intelligence organization that recognizes the most innovative companies, technologies, and products in the global digital health and medical technology market. Now in its 10th year, the program received a record-breaking number of nominations from leading companies and startups across more than 20 countries.

The Best RPM Solution category evaluates remote patient monitoring platforms on clinical effectiveness, operational scalability, patient engagement, and the ability to deliver sustained outcomes beyond initial deployment. Nsight Health was selected for its vertically integrated approach that combines connected medical devices, proprietary software, patient engagement strategies, and 24/7 clinical support into a single operating solution.

"Nsight Health transforms remote care from a collection of tools into a sustainable clinical model. Healthcare organizations do not struggle with access to technology, but with execution from point solutions. This operational complexity prevents virtual care programs from delivering consistent clinical and financial performance," said Steve Johansson, managing director, MedTech Breakthrough. "Nsight Health operates as an extension of the clinical enterprise. By aligning software, devices, patient engagement, and clinical services into a single operating solution, this platform transforms remote monitoring from a capability into a competitive advantage."

Why the Clinically Managed Model Won

Most remote patient monitoring companies sell software. Some add device fulfillment. A smaller number include basic clinical monitoring. Nsight Health does all of this, but goes further by operating as a fully managed clinical service that functions as an extension of the provider's care team.

The distinction matters because clinical outcomes depend on execution, not technology alone. A blood pressure cuff sitting in a box does not improve hypertension management. A dashboard that nobody monitors does not reduce hospitalizations. What changes patient outcomes is the combination of the right device in the patient's hands, consistent daily readings flowing into a monitored system, and a clinical team that acts on abnormal data in real time.

That is what Nsight Health has built. The company delivers four clinically managed programs under one roof: Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM), Chronic Care Management (CCM), Behavioral Health Integration (BHI), and Principal Care Management (PCM). Each program is supported by W2 registered nurses and care coordinators who provide 24/7/365 clinical coverage.

Today, Nsight Health supports more than 130,000 patients across 1,700+ provider teams and 480+ clinics nationwide, with more than 40 million vitals monitored to date.

From the Founder

"Our always-on RPM model blends technology and clinical infrastructure into a single system that is difficult to replicate. We designed it not just to enable virtual care, but to make it durable, scalable, and financially viable. This fully managed approach allows practices to deploy RPM confidently, without adding headcount or operational strain," said Michael Ciullo, Founder and CEO of Nsight Health. "We will continue to focus on enrollment optimization, first-reading activation, and long-term adherence to enable partners to move beyond pilot programs and operate RPM at production scale with measurable operational and financial impact."

MedTech Breakthrough Award 2026 badge

Three Awards in 2026: A Pattern, Not a Coincidence

The MedTech Breakthrough Award is the third major recognition Nsight Health has received in 2026:

Award Category What It Validates
Inc. 5000 Regionals Southeast No. 12, 683% two-year growth Speed and scale of growth
Gold Stevie Award Best Health Products and Services Product and service quality
Silver Stevie Award Fastest Growing Company Growth trajectory recognition
MedTech Breakthrough Best RPM Solution Clinical and technical innovation

Each award evaluates a different dimension of the business. Inc. measured how fast Nsight grew. The Stevie Awards measured the quality of what Nsight built. MedTech Breakthrough measured the clinical and technical innovation behind the platform. Winning across all three categories in a single year reflects a company where growth, quality, and innovation are driven by the same thing: a clinical model that works.

What This Means for Healthcare Providers

For healthcare organizations evaluating remote patient monitoring solutions, the MedTech Breakthrough Award provides independent, third-party validation of a model that is already delivering results for 1,700+ provider teams nationwide.

Providers who partner with Nsight Health receive a fully managed remote care program that includes device procurement and fulfillment, patient onboarding and engagement, 24/7 clinical monitoring by W2 registered nurses, care plan documentation and provider coordination, compliant billing support for RPM, CCM, BHI, and PCM, and a proprietary software platform (PRVNT.ai) that powers the entire workflow.

The result is a remote care program that generates clinical outcomes without requiring the practice to hire additional staff, manage devices, or build clinical workflows from scratch.

If your organization is exploring remote patient monitoring, chronic care management, or any of the four CMS-reimbursed remote care programs, schedule a demo to see how Nsight Health's award-winning model works in practice.

Stuart Reid

Vice President, Marketing

Stuart Reid is a results-driven marketing leader with a proven track record of scaling remote care startups into global brands. Over nearly two decades, Stuart has steered strategic go-to-market decisions through precise, data-driven insight, building gritty, common-sense campaigns and commercial engines that translate directly into revenue growth. His approach blends strategic judgment and operational rigor, optimizing AI-driven tools to sharpen execution and scale business to move faster and work smarter in the ever-changing healthcare industry.

Recognizing healthcare’s shift toward proactive value-based care, Stuart saw a gap in the care delivery model and built his career in healthcare technology to close it. As Chief Marketing Officer at Accuhealth Technologies, he grew the business to more than $50 million in annual revenue in just four years. During the same period, he built the sales and marketing infrastructure behind TelliHealth’s hardware manufacturing and distribution business. Both companies were acquired by a private equity firm in 2024 as part of a $200 million transaction.

Stuart joined the Nsight Health leadership team to lead marketing and GTM strategy. In this role, he owns the company’s brand positioning, demand generation, and the sales enablement that turns strategy into pipeline, bringing meticulous attention to detail without losing sight of the bigger strategic picture. Stuart has been featured multiple times on lists of the 500 fastest-growing companies in North America and holds an Honors Bachelor of Arts degree. Stuart is proud to be part of Nsight’s talented leadership team, helping thousands of providers and millions of patients nationwide access better, more connected care.
