Josh Higgins has joined the Nsight team as a highly skilled and innovative Clinical Operations leader, bringing over a decade of Nursing Leadership experience. He stepped into the Digital Healthcare arena in 2021, where he took charge of Clinical Operations for Optum Virtual Care. In this role, Josh spearheaded the development of the virtual care team, establishing key processes and protocols. He also worked closely with the product team as a clinical advisor to ensure seamless integration of clinical practices and technology. Under his leadership, Optum Virtual Care rapidly expanded to serve over 500,000 patients annually across all 50 states and Washington D.C.
During his time at Optum, Josh co-developed the Virtual Practice Health and Safety tool, which became a standard across all Optum Care Virtual business lines. His commitment to patient safety and quality care earned him the prestigious Sages of Clinical Services award in 2022, a recognition awarded to the top clinicians among over 57,000 licensed professionals at United Health Group. Additionally, he served as a panelist for Optum Health Education’s Digital Health series, focusing on how integrating multidisciplinary care teams can enhance patient and provider experiences and improve outcomes. Most recently, he has taken on a consulting role for Optum’s Virtual Medical Weight Loss Program, which transitioned into a permanent position leading a multidisciplinary clinical team.
Before his time at Optum Virtual Care, Josh was an Area Manager of Clinical Operations at MedExpress Urgent Care, overseeing multiple facilities on the East Coast and in Texas. During the peak of the COVID pandemic in 2020, he played a crucial role in establishing and managing some of the first outdoor testing sites in New Jersey, actively engaging in patient care through specimen collection and testing.

Throughout her career at Anthem, Elevance Health, and Aetna, Crystal has excelled as a principal liaison between local, state, and CMS regulators. She is highly skilled in coordinating and leading State and CMS audits and partners effectively with key healthcare operational areas, including clinical case management, quality assurance, and provider networking, to proactively identify and implement strategies that build on best practices to minimize audit risk.
Crystal is also recognized for developing and rolling out critical compliance trainings, including those focused on fraud, waste, and abuse, as well as HIPAA privacy regulations. Her efforts ensure that organizational policies and procedures are consistently up-to-date and effectively communicated across all levels of an organization. Harry L. Leider, MD, MBA has over 25 years of experience serving as a senior healthcare executive and board member for a variety of innovative healthcare companies. Dr. Leider’s passion is leveraging his business, leadership, and clinical skills to create medical services and programs that improve the health of people struggling with chronic illnesses – by leveraging digital health, AI technologies, and the skills of healthcare professionals. In addition to his recent leadership role as a CEO at ZEO ScientifiX – a biotech company in the regenerative medicine space, he has broad experience in remote patient monitoring, telemedicine, digital health, population health, and laboratory medicine.
Before joining ZEO, Harry was the Executive Vice President and Chief Medical Officer of Gelesis, a biotech company that pioneered a novel therapy (Plenity®) for weight management that was commercialized via a telemedicine platform that Dr. Leider helped create. While at Gelesis, he also led initiatives that resulted in this therapy gaining FDA clearance and he was part of the small leadership team that took the company public on the NYSE in early 2022.
Prior to his executive role at Gelesis, Dr. Leider served as Chief Medical Officer and Group Vice President at Walgreens Boots Alliance – the international Fortune 50 retail pharmacy giant. In this role he provided executive leadership for the Company’s unique healthcare platform to impact the six million customers who visit a Walgreens and Duane Reade store each day, as well as the three million customers who interact with Walgreens digitally daily. In this role, he led the team that created Walgreens first telemedicine and remote health monitoring programs.
Earlier, Dr. Leider served as Chief Medical Officer and Senior Vice President of Ameritox, a national specialty laboratory providing medication monitoring services to physicians treating chronic pain and serious mental illness and as the Chief Medical Officer of Care Improvement Plus, a national Medicare Advantage plan that served seniors with common chronic illnesses. In addition to being a board member of ZEO ScientifiX, he has served on the Board of Directors of Mobile Health (a remote patient monitoring company,) Alivio Therapeutics, and TytoCare.
Dr. Leider speaks frequently to national audiences on innovation in healthcare, and had the distinct honor of speaking at the White House on aging. He also is a core faculty member of the American Association of Physician Leadership where he served as a past-President and Board Chairman. Dr. Leider has been on the faculty of Harvard Medical School, the Johns Hopkins Carey School of Business, and the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine. In addition, he has authored over 25 peer-reviewed papers and book chapters and holds five patents in laboratory medicine.
Juan González is a senior customer success executive with over two decades of experience leading client and business operations, managing organizational change, and driving the complete innovation lifecycle for technology companies. As a dedicated strategist, Juan has guided numerous organizations through transformative growth by placing customers at the center of their work. As Chief Customer Officer, Juan is responsible for Nsight’s overall strategy to deliver exceptional client experiences and drive optimal clinical outcomes.
Juan previously directed business transformation at software multinational SAP, held senior customer success roles at the Vista Equity portfolio SaaS companies at Bullhorn and Upserve, oversaw customer operations at Ipswitch and Carousel Industries, founded a management consulting firm that serves the world’s leading enterprises and institutions, and prior to that, led global service delivery for Sapient.
A graduate of Dartmouth College, Juan holds a degree in History and lectures quarterly on Customer Success at Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government. He also enjoys playing the piano, competitive gaming, creative writing, and speaking passionately on customer engagement and client strategy.

His extensive time in the Philippines helped to position massive growth for a leading Business Process Outsourcing Company implementing 9 sites and 70,000 employees in 8 years.

Doug Loiler is a results-driven leader with a passion for providing the best possible client experience. He brings with him a wealth of experience from multiple industries. Doug most recently served as the Vice President of Client Services for Carelon Medical Benefits Management, previously known as myNEXUS, which is a division of Elevance Health. In this role, he led the entire Client Management team for the portfolio of utilization benefit management solutions. The team serviced regional and national health plan clients of all lines of business including commercial, Medicare Advantage, and managed Medicaid. Doug’s in-depth experience in post-acute solutions enabled him to serve as the company client executive sponsor for the largest national clients. He successfully negotiated full-risk agreements and was recognized as “2023 Top Producer” for Carelon.
Before joining Carelon Medical Benefits Management in 2017, Doug served as the Director of Implementations for eviCore. The company, formerly known as MedSolutions, was acquired by Express Scripts/Cigna. In this role, Doug both implemented and led teams to implement all utilization benefit management solutions.
Doug has over 15 years of experience driving application development and reporting solutions for clients. He bridged the knowledge gap between business and I/T, holding numerous business & I/T positions in aerospace and banking. Doug holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting degree from California Lutheran University and a Master of Business in Technology Management from the University of Washington Bothell.
Neil de Crescenzo has been working with technology teams and government, non-profit and commercial customers worldwide to improve healthcare for three decades. He left United Health Group/Optum in October 2023 after serving as CEO of Optum Insight, a $19B (revenues) business unit of UHG which creates stronger connections across payers, providers and consumers through software-enabled services and analytics to make clinical, administrative and financial processes simpler and more efficient. Mr. de Crescenzo joined UHG/Optum through the company’s acquisition of Change Healthcare in 2022, a leading healthcare software and technology-enabled services company where he was President and CEO for nine years. During his tenure, the company more than tripled in size, completed its IPO, and was acquired by UHG/Optum for double its IPO valuation.
Prior to Change Healthcare, Mr. de Crescenzo was SVP/GM of Oracle Corporation’s Health Sciences global business unit, serving healthcare and life sciences companies worldwide, for nearly a decade, and previously led IBM Corporation’s business services for healthcare customers worldwide, also for nearly a decade. Earlier in his career, he worked in leadership roles at health systems and a major health plan.
Mr. de Crescenzo has also held leadership roles in technology and healthcare industry associations over many years, including serving as Chairman of the Healthcare Leadership Council in Washington. D.C., a member of the Board of Directors of the Nashville Health Care Council and as a Trustee of the Committee for Economic Development of the Conference Board. He is currently a Visiting Fellow at the Duke-Margolis Institute For Health Policy.
Ty Hubbard serves as Vice President of Human Resources for Nsight Health. In his current role, he is responsible for leading Nsight’s overall human resources strategy, talent acquisition, leadership development, diversity and inclusion, organizational design and cultural development, employee education and development, compensation and benefits, HR operations and technology, and employee relations. Ty develops and implements human resource practices and programs to drive service excellence and deliver on the company’s mission, vision, and values ‘To positively impact the lives of millions of people.’

He formerly served as Vice President of Human Resources for HCA Healthcare’s Lake City Medical Center and most recently as the Senior Director of Human Resources for Ventra Health. As the Director of Contact Center, Mike Burbach brings nearly 30 years of experience managing contact center operations, with an emphasis in the healthcare and technology verticals. He is a graduate of Arizona State University and a former US Army officer. Mike has worked for Fortune 500 companies, including GE, Dell, Cancer Treatment Centers of America and Insight as well as several start up, P/E backed operations, successfully driving profitable, rapid growth. Most recently, he joins us from the BPO Teleperformance, where he led a center performing online content moderation for a major social media platform.

Most recently he served as Chief Service Officer of myNEXUS (now Carelon) and was responsible for building all operations from ground up before successfully selling the company to Anthem (now Elevance Health). He also was responsible for national operations for AIM Healthcare (now Carelon) with combined responsibilities running all P&L operations for 2,000+ staff comprised of clinical, non-clinical, post decision support, wound care, PAC, SDOH, call centers, strategy, UM, and fulfillment.
Prior to starting myNexus, Mr. Crabtree was Executive Director in the Optum division for UnitedHealth Group where he was responsible for ISNP operations as well as overseeing OTA nationwide operations for INSPIRIS. Prior to UnitedHealth, Chris was COO of NaviHealth where he started the company building and running all national operations before the company was sold to Optum.
Prior to starting NaviHealth, Chris was the Executive Vice President of Operations for MedSolutions/EviCore (now part of Evernorth). Serving as the highest ranking national operations leader reporting directly to the CEO and Board, Mr. Crabtree led all operations through tremendous growth to become the country’s largest radiology benefits management company before it was successfully sold to Express Scripts/Cigna Healthcare. Under Mr. Crabtree’s leadership, MedSolutions operations earned recognition from J.D.Power and Associates for “An Outstanding Customer Service Experience in Healthcare” four consecutive years. He obtained his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Andrew Taylor Still University in Missouri. His residency was at UPMC Family Medicine Residency, Altoona Regional Medical Center in Pennsylvania. Dr Bieser is certified and re-certified Diplomate of the ABFM and Fellow of the America Academy of Family Physicians
Dr Bieser has thirty-three years of experience in Family Medicine with special interest in interest in both Addiction Medication and Obesity Medicine. The first sixteen years of his practice he also practiced obstetrics, having delivered over one thousand babies. Many of these are still his patients with their own families now.
Prior to entering medicine at age 29, he was a chemist at Ben Hogan Golf company, a subsidiary of AMF (American Machine Foundry) company. Because of shortages of petroleum product, the company had a companywide layoff in the early eighties. Dr Bieser with back to TCU and obtained a BSN and was a Cardio-thoracic ICU charge Nurse for several years before pursuing medicine.
Dr Bieser is an established and highly skilled physician in family medicine. He is well regarded in the southeast Missouri tri state area. Earning numerous accolades for his quality and patient -centered care. He is active in the community.
He is currently the medical director for three health care facilities in the area. His passion is driven by the bonds he builds with his patients over the course of their lives and the enjoyment he holds in keeping them healthy and well. He is married, with three children and 7 grandchildren and enjoys his spare time with them. He likes hunting, fishing, gardening and cooking.
Dr. Sanjeev Mittal received his medical degree from University College of Medical Science, New Delhi and was board certified in Nephrology twice from All India Institute of Medical Sciences prior to the year 1996 when he was offered to pursue a Nephrology Fellowship in the USA. He was board certified in Nephrology after completing his fellowship at Winthrop University Hospital in Mineola, NY and Internal Medicine residency at Robert Johnson Medical Hospital in New Brunswick, NJ. He has been practicing clinical nephrology since 1994 and formed Mittal Kidney and Dialysis in Memphis in the year 2004.
Dr. Mittal specializes in the diagnosis and management of hypertension and kidney diseases as well as Fluid and Electrolyte Disorders.
His special interests include prevention of progression of chronic kidney disease to delay the onset of Dialysis, Glomerular disorders, electrolyte disorders, and resistance Hypertension and Home modalities of Dialysis therapy. He has been involved in several research projects and published book chapters, review articles and multiple papers in peer-reviewed nephrology journals. Other professional affiliations include the National Kidney Foundation, Renal Physician Association, American Society of Nephrology and International Society of Nephrology. He regularly teaches medical students and residents as an Assistant professor at the department of nephrology at the University of TN. He also mentors Dialysis Nurses while serving as a medical director for several Davita dialysis facilities in the Memphis area.
Dr. Mittal enjoys his life in the Memphis area with his wife and two daughters and is proud to service the community in the tri-state area. Personally, his hobbies include reading, traveling, music, photography, biking, swimming and spending quality time with family and friends.
Edward Discoe, MD has practiced Family Medicine in rural Nebraska for over 26 years. Throughout that time his private practice has transitioned from full service, inpatient and outpatient care, including obstetrics to a predominantly outpatient practice. He has been active in the development of hospital and outpatient IT systems in his state and local medical communities.
Dr Discoe’s “boots on the ground” clinical advantage has allowed him to observe the incorporation of new technology and its adaptation by clinicians and patients. He is able to identify how technology can be improved and further leveraged to help clinicians achieve intimate on demand medicine for patients, active lives.

Taylor Sambucci is a Registered Dietitian with a passion for all things health and wellness. Scarlet Lau graduated with both her PharmD from Cedarville University and MPH from Youngstown State University. Following this, she completed an acute care hospital residency at West Penn/Forbes Hospital in Pittsburgh, PA, where her primary focus encompassed internal medicine, intensive care, and anticoagulation management.
