Collaborating towards a bigger purpose

Supplier Code of Conduct

At Nsight Health, our mission is to positively impact millions of patients globally by continuously innovating and refining our approach to remote care. We are dedicated to reducing healthcare costs while enhancing patient outcomes, leveraging best-in-class software and services. We are dedicated to ethical and responsible sourcing practices that align with our values and contribute to the sustainability of our operations and the supply chains and communities in which we operate. We factor sustainability into our supplier selection and supplier management process and seek to collaborate with suppliers to grow the impact.

Objective

This code of conduct aims to support the establishment of minimum standards in social, environmental and governance practice across the Nsight Health supply-base. Specifically, we seek to align with our suppliers around our ambition to help achieve environmental and social sustainability in our business, supply chain and the communities in which we operate.

Scope

While this code primarily focuses on the suppliers that we transact with the intention is for the code to be applicable throughout the supply chain, including the supplier’s suppliers (tier 2 and preferably tier 3). While these trading relationships are not under our direct control we are happy to support our suppliers in rolling out these standards across their supply base. Essentially, we seek (1) the support from our suppliers to achieving our mission in our day to day collaboration and (2) the help of our suppliers to embed this in their supplier relationships as well. In this way we can make our impact go further, literally.

UNSDG’s focus

Many meaningful contributions towards the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals can be made across the supply chain. From inclusive buying and hiring practices to waste elimination and water conservation, Nsight Health seeks to collaborate with its suppliers to drive progress towards the UNSDG’s.

Labor standards and social sustainability

Talent is at the heart of our business and essential to the collaboration with suppliers. The purpose of this clause is to ensure that supplier employees are treated and employed fairly so that they can flourish. Employment is also a vehicle for driving economic inclusion in the communities in which Nsight Health and its suppliers operate. It is important for that reason to employ inclusive hiring practices and create rewarding and stimulating employment and talent development opportunities.

Nsight Health suppliers will not employ child labor, force labor or undocumented labor. Nsight Health suppliers will ensure legal working hours and a safe, harassment, abuse and discrimination free working environment. Suppliers will pay fair wages and offer benefits legally required, paying employees timely and equally assurance the same standard applies to their suppliers, sub-contactors or third parties.
