System Implementation Support Specialist


Nsight Health, Inc. is a dynamic and innovative company at the forefront of the Remote Patient Monitoring and Chronic Care Management vertical within Value-based Healthcare. We are dedicated to effective and efficient business project/process management to meet our objectives. In this role, The Implementation & Support Specialist plays a critical role in the onboarding of clinics to our platform. This position involves overseeing the entire implementation workflow, ensuring tasks are completed on time and backend items are in order. This position will update information that can’t be automated between Hubspot and Monday,
helping with EHR troubleshooting, and ensuring data accuracy in the care management platform. The goal is to provide a smooth transition and operational excellence for each clinic from sales to post-enrollment support.

Primary Function:
● The primary function of the Implementation & Support Specialist is to manage
and coordinate all aspects of the implementation process for new clinic
partners as well as keep data/information accurate between systems.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

● Optimize Workflows: Strategically manage and enhance processes and
customer engagement by optimizing workflows within HubSpot.
● Project Management and Tracking: Effectively utilize to
monitor project progress, ensure adherence to deadlines, and facilitate
efficient communication among team members.
● Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with various teams to streamline
and ensure the efficient onboarding of clinics, enhancing overall operational
● Deadline Compliance: Rigorously monitor and confirm that all assignments
are completed within specified deadlines, ensuring project timelines are met.
● Data Integrity Maintenance: Maintain impeccable data cleanliness in
Hubspot to guarantee the accuracy and reliability of reporting and analytics
● Proven ability to manage projects and hold others accountable for
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively
coordinating with multiple stakeholders.

Education & Experience (Required/Preferred):
● No requirement; however, the ideal candidate will have 3+ years of
experience in project management or implementation roles, preferably in the
healthcare or SaaS industries.
● A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or
a related field is a plus.
● Experience with Healthcare Electronic Health Records (EHRs) systems is a
significant plus.
Computer Skills:
● Advanced – Excellent understanding of the Hubspot and automation
● Proficient in project management software (e.g.,, Your go-
to work platform )
● Google Workspace
● Advanced in Excel/Google Sheet

Salary: $60,000-$80,000 / year
